Product Focus offers both face-to-face and online public courses.

I’m thinking of booking onto a public course in one of your city locations, but I’m worried that it may not run?

If you book onto one of our face-to-face public courses and because of the COVID-19 situation we or you have to postpone, you can transfer to a later course free of charge. Or as an alternative, you can attend our live online course and we will refund the difference in price.

How do I get the latest information on the course I have booked?

How will I know if a face-to-face public course is running?

You will receive an email from us 3 weeks before the planned course dates with the latest information confirming our plan to run the course. Even so, governments may change their travel advice at very short notice so please take this into account when booking your travel and accommodation.

If a postponement is unavoidable we will re-schedule and let you know the dates. If the new dates do not fit with your plans we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or refund your money.

If I have to cancel a face-to-face course will I get a full refund?

We incur various costs when running a course. We don’t like charging cancellation fees and if we can resell your place we won’t charge you anything. We will give you a full refund if you cancel with more than 2 weeks’ notice (14 days). We will charge you 50% if you cancel with more than 3 days (72 hours) notice. We will charge you 100% if you cancel within 3 days.

What measures does Product Focus take when conducting a training course?

The health of our participants and instructors is very important to us. We want to ensure our training courses run safely and smoothly and take all appropriate precautions as recommended by the local authorities.

Do you offer online training as an alternative? 

Yes, and you can book here. If you’re already booked onto a face-to-face public course later in the year you can transfer to online training if you prefer.
